Dance Theatre of Harlem Albuquerque reviews
The Wall was a spectacular musical experience!
"I was a fan of The Wall and Pink Floyd from a very young age. My parents got my siblings and me a Fisher-Price record player when I was 7 in 1980, along with a bunch of 45's of the popular singles of the day, including "Another Brick in the Wall part 2". I loved it then, and I still do today. The entire album performed live for the first time was quite a treat. Everything about the event was spectacular: the sound and ability of the band, the theatrics, the set, the visuals, the animation, and effects! Dance Theatre of Harlem's voice seemed as good as it's ever been - it was as if it hadn't changed in 30 years. He belted out the notes to perfection on every song. It was a fantastic show in all aspects. If there was only one thing I could change (and I know I'm not alone on this), it would be to bring David Gilmour back for just this one tour. I know it's not going to happen, but one can dream!"
